Snopes.com says Minister's erection in Disney's The Little Mermaid is "false"; Mr Kaposi says: "it is definitely true"

I am sorry to have to raise such a silly and rude issue, but I need to mention a disagreement I have with the snopes.com Urban legends website. Some of you may be aware that a controversy erupted a few years back over whether the Minister officiating at the wedding scene in the Disney cartoon movie The Little Mermaid gets an "erection". Snopes.com has classified the claim as "false", but I can assure you that it is true, at least in the original video tape version of the movie. If you studied the scene frame by frame a clear spike-shaped bulge sticks out from the character's groin, turns upwards then goes back in. It is clear what this bulge represents and it only lasts for three or four frames. I think that snopes.com is either reviewing the wrong scene or a later version of the movie that has been changed. Any comments on this issue are welcome.
